1) How much does the holiday cost?
The prices for renting a holiday home are stated in Danish kroner and apply to the specified number of people in the desired period of time. It appears from the invoice/booking confirmation whether the stay is incl./excl. electricity consumption, water and cleaning.
Holiday homes with spa and sauna: Consumption is settled on departure.
2) Number of participants
The holiday home must not be occupied by more people than the number of people listed on www.aggerbooking.dk or the number of people listed on the confirmation/lease contract.
3) Order/payment
The contractual relationship between the guest and Agger Booking is binding from the time of booking. The person responsible for booking must be 25 years old when booking a stay.
When ordering, the entire rental price is paid incl. electricity and final cleaning. The amount appears on the invoice/travel certificate.
The deposit is part of the rental price and is non-refundable.
4) Payment
Payment can be made in the following ways:
1. Via online payment (Dankort, Visa card, MasterCard, Maestro card - see card on website)
We withdraw the amount on your payment card when your order/booking has gone through.
2. Manual invoice is sent by email after booking and paid via online banking - DKK 200 in bank fees
Payment can also be made by deposit to our bank account.

When paying the price of the trip, you also accept Agger Booking's rental conditions.
The deposit is part of the rental price and is non-refundable
5) Cancellation
When canceling apartments, the following rules apply:
The cancellation is considered to have been made on the day Agger Booking has received written notification of this.
If you cancel up to 50 days before arrival, you lose 25% of the deposit. After this, the guest is 100% liable for the booking, and the guest loses the entire amount.
6) Change of stay and Force Majeure
In the event that the holiday home is sold, there has been a fire, serious water damage or other damage that makes the holiday home uninhabitable, Agger Booking reserves the right to move our guests to a similar accommodation in the same area without additional accommodation costs for the guests. If this is not possible, Agger Booking will refund the amount paid for the rented holiday home to the guest.
Agger Booking cannot be held financially responsible for force majeure (disaster, strike, fire, riots, weather conditions, storms, epidemics, pandemics, border closures and the like) and external conditions over which we have no control ourselves.
7) Travel and Cancellation insurance
If you want travel insurance, please contact your insurance company.
8) Rental period
The holiday accommodation is generally available on the day of arrival from 16.00 until the day of departure at 11.00 a.m. Any deviations appear in the lease. In low season and other special situations, it may be possible to stay in the apartment at a later agreed time. The same applies if the apartment is available before 16.00 on the day of arrival, but only by prior arrangement.
9) Rules of order and keys
Between 23.00 and 07.00 the guest must show consideration for noise and other conditions towards the other guests.
The guest must hand over all keys to the holiday home when returning home. Otherwise, Agger Booking reserves the right to replace the lock at the guest's expense.
The guest must treat the rental property properly and hand over the rented property in the same condition as when it was handed over, with the exception of general deterioration due to wear and tear.
The guest is fully responsible for any damage that occurs to the holiday home and its furnishings if the guest or someone else who has been given access to the holiday home has shown carelessness.
10) Furniture, equipment and Wifi
The holiday home is equipped with kitchenware, duvets/blankets and pillows. Unless otherwise stated in the description, all holiday homes are electrically heated. Some holiday homes also have a heat pump.
Unless otherwise specifically stated in the description of the holiday home, there is no internet/Wifi in the holiday home.
We point out that there may be poor coverage and that outages may be experienced.
11) Linen, towels.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths must be brought. Bed linen and towels can be rented when booking a holiday home.
12) Cleaning
Final cleaning is mandatory. This will appear when booking online, as well as on the confirmation/rental certificate. The following must be completed before departure:
Empty the dishwasher.
Wash dishes and set dishes etc. in place.
Empty the fridge and freezer.
Take the rented linen off the beds and put it in the hallway.
All waste must be removed from the home and thrown into the designated bins.
Close windows and lock doors.
The booking confirmation states where the key must be handed in upon departure.
13) Beds
The holiday home may at any time be occupied by no more than the number of people stated on the rental certificate. The number also includes children regardless of age.
The holiday homes are furnished with real beds, which is why it is not possible to make up on a sofa, loft or similar, unless this is stated in the rental certificate.
14) Complaints
The holiday home is left to the guest without defects. If, upon arrival at the holiday home, the guest notices insufficient cleaning, damage or defects in the holiday home, it is the guest's responsibility to report it immediately, as in the negative case the holiday home is considered to have been handed over to the guest without defects, and in the negative case the tenant loses the right to claim the defect.
The complaint must be submitted to reception or the office at the latest post@aggerbooking.dk the following day at 10.00:XNUMX a.m.
Agger Booking has the right to remedy any errors and omissions.
In the event of a complaint, the guest is obliged to give Agger Booking a reasonable time limit to correct or improve any shortage or damage.
Departure from the holiday home before the end of the lease, without prior agreement with Agger Booking, is at the guest's own expense and risk. The guest thus risks canceling the tenancy unjustifiably.
Agger Booking reserves the right in connection with a complaint, if possible and at Agger Booking's decision - to remedy this by transferring the guest to another holiday home of similar price and quality.
If, upon arrival, there are complaints about the holiday home, you must contact the reception as soon as possible and no later than the following day at 10.00:XNUMX a.m. In that case, errors and deficiencies can be corrected immediately, so that it is of the least inconvenience to the guest. Failure to make a complaint will result in the loss of the right to any later compensation claims.
15) Reservation
We reserve the right to printing error. Agger Booking reserves the right, in the event of breach of contract by the owner of the holiday home, to replace the holiday home with another of a similar standard. Agger Booking cannot be held responsible for price changes by business partners, on activities or possibly transport prices that are outside Agger Booking's control.
16) Pets and smoking
Pets are only allowed in holiday homes where this is stated. The fee for animals is from DKK 200. Smoking is completely prohibited indoors. Smoking must be done outside instead. If this is not observed, compensation may occur.
17) Electric cars
Electric cars may not be charged with electricity from the rental property. Electric cars must be charged from an electric charging station and billed according to consumption.
18) Printing error
Agger Booking reserves the right for technical errors and incorrectly set prices.
An example could be that a rent is DKK 0,00 on the invoice that is sent.
It can also be a completely wrong price, where e.g. a number is missing. In such cases, it will be assessed whether one acts in "good or bad" faith.
19) Personal data policy
We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Agger Booking and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done after obtaining your explicit consent, so that you are informed about, exactly what kind of information is collected and why.
Only employees of Agger Booking have access to the information registered about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information submitted to Agger Booking is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
As registered with Agger Booking, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you.
