The rental starts when you receive the rented equipment.
The rental ends when you hand over the rented equipment.
When renting for several days, the rent is for consecutive days.
By signing the rental contract or online booking, you accept the applicable rental conditions.
The rented equipment must be returned to the reception in Agger Tange Feriecenter, unless otherwise agreed.
After the end of the rental, you are responsible for cleaning the equipment yourself, or you can purchase equipment cleaning for DKK 50. per activity.
Guest, company, school or business is financially responsible for compensation for any damage caused to all rented equipment as well as any loss of this until the end of the tenancy. All damaged or lost equipment and gear will be replaced at replacement value by the tenant. We consider scratches and scuffs from use as normal wear and tear.
Rental and use of equipment, as well as participation in courses and events, is at your own risk.
Any damage to third-party property is the responsibility of the tenant with his own liability insurance.
We recommend that you have taken out leisure and accident insurance
In case of late delivery of equipment, a fee of 50% of daily rent per started hour and for water activity, a fee of DKK 1000 per hour is added. person.
All users of kayaks, sit on top kayaks and SUP must:

Use protective equipment and CE-approved life vests at all times while in the water - check that the vest is the right size and works before entering the water
Have an overview of the weather and wind direction during the rented period.
And you must not be under the influence of alcohol or euphoric drugs during the rental period
We reserve the right not to rent equipment if the wind speed is too high.
Payment for rent is only refunded if we cancel due to e.g. bad wind conditions.
You may only sail in approved waters. You will receive a map where you may sail when marked green.
It is not permitted to sail in strong offshore winds (over 6m/second). It is the user's responsibility to keep a constant eye on the weather and wind conditions on the water.
Always keep an eye out for other boaters, kayaks, surfboards and others who are on the water. It is your duty to keep a good distance, at least 5 meters from others.
In the event of a capsize, you must always ensure that you have an overview of where you and possibly other sailors are, and turn towards the coast before moving onto the kayak/surfboard again. Remember to use safety lines on surfboards.
Pay special attention when water activity is over. If you are prevented from meeting at the agreed time, call the reception in Agger Tange Feriecenter immediately on +45 9383 3031 and make further arrangements. If we do not hear from you/cannot reach you, a rescue operation will be launched according to applicable safety instructions. The cost falls on you.
When renting an MTB, we recommend that you use a bike helmet that can be rented.
Payment for rental is not refundable.
